Equine-Assisted Women’s Empowerment Weekend

 Join us for a soulful, two-day experience that helps women reconnect with confidence, clarity, and calm. Through hands-on equine activities, reflection, and gentle group connection, you’ll rediscover your authentic power. 

 Dates: December 6–7, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day
Location: Central Alberta Equine Rehab & Wellness Centre (just outside Carstairs, AB)
Cost: $250 per day | $100 deposit to reserve | Covered by most insurance plans

Limited to 10 participants 

 This weekend is a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Through guided equine-assisted experiences and reflective practices, you’ll explore:

• Self-worth and confidence 
• Healthy boundaries
• Trust and authentic presence
   

No prior horse experience is needed. All activities are ground-based and accessible to beginners.

• Grounding and mindfulness in nature
• Guided equine-assisted activities focused on confidence, boundaries, and trust
• Reflective journaling and gentle group discussions
• Time for stillness, integration, and personal reflection

Horses are intuitive, honest, and deeply aware. They reflect our energy and emotions, helping us notice where we feel confident, uncertain, or blocked.

By connecting with these wise animals, you’ll:

• Practice leading with calm confidence
• Build trust and presence 
• Experience authenticity and meaningful connection
