Trish Collyer is a wellness transformation and success coach with a passion for empowering people to design a life they love – it is possible and YOU deserve it. That’s why she has taken the best theories, practices, tips & tricks and blended them into transformational programs with real results to turn goals into reality.
After realizing she was a passenger in her own life, living the same day over and over, Trish decided to take a stand and live the life she wanted - not one designed by the opinions of others. Determined to master each area she herself struggled with, she’s built a strong foundation of skills to understand the root cause of what gets in the way and the keys to support true, lasting change. Committed to a well rounded perspective, her certifications include holistic health & nutrition coaching, life & relationship coaching, leadership, communication, behavior change and hypnotherapy.
Trish strongly believes everything is connected - family, work, health - and the key is to find the way those pieces fit together, unique to YOU, so you can stop putting yourself last and instead, dare to live life on your terms, regain control of your life, and turn dreams into reality.
While it took her years of struggling on her own to get to where she is today, she is eager to empower you to take action and become a leader in your own life - and she is there with you, every step of the way.
Life is a gift - make it count!
We recognize that it not easy to ask for help and we understand that even when household income is above most subsidized thresholds, private therapy is not always affordable.
We are committed to providing a safe place to heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and overwhelm where fees are not a barrier to receiving the help you need.
These lovely ladies are here to serve you and provide you with low cost ($50-$75) and sliding scale ($75-$100) affordable therapy. If you have EAP/EFAP benefits available to you, request Michelle Neustaedter Counselling when you open your file and we will get you in to see one of these ladies within 48 hours.

Master of Counselling student who was born and raised in Alberta. She completed her undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Family Studies. As she has studied to obtain her master’s degree, Ali has found that she has a passion for building on people’s strengths and considers herself to be a people person. Ali often uses solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and meditation to assist her clients. She also uses psychodynamic therapy because she believes that the struggles that arise in life often have their origin in childhood experiences. She brings a good sense of humor and uses psychoeducation in sessions to ensure that her clients not only work on resolving presenting concerns, but also understand the processes that she is using to assist them. Ali is currently working on a project to determine how using a service dog for children with autism impacts their emotional regulation and social interaction. This project speaks to Ali’s love for both children and animals. She is passionate about helping people to feel successful and providing them with the tools to do so. In her free time, she loves fishing and hiking Alberta’s beautiful countryside, and spending time with friends and family. Ali often refers to a quote by Gloria Steinem that reads “The point of the journey is not just healing. It’s also recovering the truest, most spontaneous, joyful, and creative core of ourselves.”

I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Calgary, attaining my honours in Psychology while doing neuroscience research for my thesis. My number one passion in this life is finding ways to guide those who are healing from mental illness, emotional distress, and past trauma. I have extensive experience working with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, alcoholism, childhood trauma, abandonment wounds, relationship struggles, codependency issues, and much more through my previous work. Primarily, my interest is in eating disorders. I have recovered from one myself, and I wish to dedicate my life in helping others become anchored in pure self-love, recovery, and vibrant health (from the inside out). My focus is creating and delivering individualized treatment plans for clients on my caseload. I would say that I’m an eclectic therapist, and I draw upon whichever therapeutic approach best suits the client I am working with. Individuals are so unique and different, as are the therapeutic modalities. But I do have a special place in my heart for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Attachment Theory. Ultimately, I believe that there are many ways to get my clients to a place where they are looking inward, tending to their inner child, and becoming their own bestfriend despite all odds and challenges that may be thrown their way in this journey called life.
